Meet fourth generation owner and great-grandson, Timothy Salinger. Tim has a background of working for & serving others. With a generous amount of time spent in the restaurant industry before taking over his family orchard, Tim is passionate about providing a visit to his customers that both honors the history and hard work of his ancestors and also a new, bright vision for the future.
